Service Description
14TH APRIL, 6:30-8:00PM This Water Mandala Flow class is a fluid, rhythmic practice designed to help you move with grace and ease. Inspired by the element of water, this class focuses on flowing sequences that encourage adaptability and a sense of surrender. You'll circle around your mat, moving continuously like the currents of a river, linking breath to movement in a meditative state. Starting with Yin to open the body, we then move onto the flow and back to Yin to finish the sequence with a Savasana. This dynamic class places special emphasis on opening the groin and inner thighs, helping to release tension and increase flexibility in these often tight areas. Expect deep hip openers, fluid lunges, and wave like transitions that challenge your balance and build strength. It’s an energetic, playful practice that invites you to explore your range of motion while moving with fluidity and freedom. Great for those looking for a challenge, this class offers a fun yet dynamic experience, leaving you feeling invigorated, grounded, and more connected to the flow both on and off the mat.

Cancellation Policy
If you have booked a class and wish to cancel your space please let me know 12 hours before the class starts. If you fail to do so, I will unfortunately still require payment for that class. Class payments may be moved to the next available date if cancellation is 12 hours prior to the class start time. Refunds are not available.
