Travel/venue information:

Closest airport: Malaga Airport

Flights at the moment are around £173 from Birmingham without hand luggage, please note you will not be able to check in before 5pm on Monday. Alternatively if you book an earlier flight, our previous guests from 2024 mentioned how beautiful Malaga was and said they recommend spending the day there before joining us.

Transfers are not included in the price, therefore you’ll have to make your own way to the venue. It is roughly 55 minutes away by car, we recommend booking a taxi through Booking.com. An Uber is around €90 for 2 people. Getting an Uber to the venue from Malaga isn't too bad however, getting an Uber from the retreat centre to Malaga is very unpredictable so booking a taxi via Booking.com is highly recommended for your return journey home.

There are 2 triple rooms, 2 double rooms and we also have 8 single rooms with private bathrooms.

Please note: check in and check out times are set and cannot be changed meaning you cannot arrive early or leave later.​

There are 2 beautiful dogs on the property as well. Goldie and Lenny are very friendly but please take this into consideration if you are afraid or allergic. 

​

Free-time

There will be free-time available on each day for you to plan excursions at your own leisure. There is a natural swimming spot nearby and beach about 45 minutes drive from the venue. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹A trip to Malaga would be a good idea! Alternatively, if you'd prefer to relax by the pool or read your book, you definitely can!

Food

Our personal chef Africa is there 24/7 to ensure we have everything we need. She is a fabulous chef who creates the most gorgeous meals in new and creative ways every meal time! All the food is vegan but there is some cow's milk and small amounts of cheese available to those who would like to indulge. Fresh coffee is available every morning.

Pricing

- A triple room for 3 people is priced at £650 each (shared bathroom) - SOLD OUT - A double room for 2 people is priced at £700 each (1 bathroom per room) - SOLD OUT - A private single room for 1 person is priced at £800 each (with your own private bathroom) - 1 ROOM LEFT - We have 1 master bedroom with a King sized bed, a beautiful bathroom and balcony with a view of the pool and the Andalusian hills, this is priced at £875 - SOLD OUT

Cancellation Policy + T&C's

The form below is mandatory and must be signed ASAP. https://form.jotform.com/240152174618351 In the unfortunate event you can no longer attend we would be grateful if you can fill the space. If so, once the new guest has paid the same amount as you have already you will receive a refund, minus the deposit as this is not refundable. If you are unable to fill the space, we will then only be able to offer you a limited refund and only if we can fill the space. (IF WE ARE UNABLE TO FILL THE SPACE NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED). If we do succeed in filling the space your deposit and a further £100 will not be refunded, if you have paid us more than this we will refund the remaining total.  However, refunds are not available at all under any circumstances 3 months prior to the event. If we cannot fill your space no refund will be provided. Please get insurance as soon as possible. Retreat Terms & Conditions: 1) All payment fees are nonrefundable except in case of Instructor Cancellation (See Term 12). This includes all Covid related cancellations including, but not limited to: flight changes/cancellations/delays, illness, lockdowns, quarantines, border closings, travel requirements, health requirements, negative tests, etc. 2) If you have any health issues, please consult your doctor to make sure you are in a fit state to join us for your activity holiday. 3) Due to teacher cancellations or any other situations outside our control, we reserve the right to make any changes to our programme, courses or teachers. Alternative arrangements will be offered, but we do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred, including airfare and travel plans. 4) We may offer a discount to some students, or last-minute discount places – this does not affect the status of any guests who have previously paid the full price, and no discount will then become due to them. 5) Amy Cashmore and Rebecca Bradley accept no liability for loss, damage, injury or illness whilst you are on holiday with us, or for any travel costs to or from the retreat site. 6) We strongly recommend that you have your own travel insurance to cover any loss or injury, including repatriation if necessary. 7) Passports, visas and health/medical requirements: you are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid passport and any necessary visas, as well as any necessary or required inoculations or other health requirements. 8) Retreat guests must be respectful and must not engage in offensive, illegal or immoral acts. Should this be a situation or should a guest become a nuisance to staff, then we reserve the right to ask a guest to leave our premises or suspend their activities if it is appropriate to do so, without any compensation. 9) We accept no responsibility for travel tickets such as airfares and trains. This is solely the guest’s responsibility to organise and inform us only of an accurate arrival time. 10) We will not knowingly give your personal information to anybody else (except where required to do so by authorities). We will retain your information and from time to time we may contact you with our promotional and retreat related information. 11) We retain all copyright licence rights and exclusively owns all photographs and material displayed on its website. This information may not be copied or used for any other purpose. 12) Students will be refunded should the instructor(s) need to cancel the retreat for any reason including but not limited to: illness, physical deterioration, health conditions; medical, personal, family, work emergencies. However, guests FLIGHT(S) and/or GENERAL TRAVEL EXPENSES will NOT be reimbursed should the instructor cancel the retreat under these circumstances. The additional purchase of TRAVEL INSURANCE is highly recommended to provide the utmost protection for all students, and to prevent financial loss.

How do I Book?

To book please contact Amy or Becci ASAP. 

 

A deposit of 30% will need to be paid before the end of August 2024, thereafter it is 10% a month until the full amount has been paid. The total price must be paid in full before the end of March 2025. 

 

Please note: a standing order MUST be set up for 10% of the price to be paid on the last day of every month, this is compulsory when signing up for the retreat. Unfortunately we cannot allow guests to make individual bank transfers per month, a standing order is required. Alternatively if you'd like to pay it all in advance that is of course fine.
